Large 19th Century mirror

Description:

A large impressive and highly decorative giltwood carved mirror in the Rococo style. Rich C- scroll decoration and foliate decoration to pediment all in deep relief. The mirror plate bevelled to follow the frame contours.

Provenance:

Sourced from a Kent house, the previous owner having purchased the mirror from the CHURCHILL family. Document available on request.

Condition:

The mirror is offered in 'as is' condition and although it is in good enough condition to hang could benefit from some restoration if desired to improve the look of old repairs and gilt re-touching.
