Set of twelve Rosewood and brass inlaid chairs

Description:

A good set of twelve Regency period rosewood and faux rosewood dining chairs with fine brass inlaid backs and central support. The bergere seats all re- caned,the turned and reeded legs with inset carved paterae above.
Probably originally from a larger set of sixteen chairs. Very good original condition throughout and retaining the original surface and simulation to the front and rear legs .
