Description:

A good quality and well proportioned mahogany pedestal desk ,comprising nine cock bead moulded drawers and nine faux drawers to the back, a rare and desirable feature if the desk is to free stand in a study or library. The drawers with original turned knobs and original twin mortice locks. Well figured mahogany retaining an excellent colour and condition throughout. The top lined with old black tooled hide In the manner of GIllows Lancaster. Not stamped.
