Description:

A large and impressive Chippendale period Knee-hole desk in dense well figured Cuban mahogany. The desk is raised on bracket feet and has eight oak lined drawers with original Rococo handles and a central single door cupboard. The top drawer is fitted with a writing slide, ink well compartments and pen tray. The top has a double molded edge and is of decoratively figured mahogany. In very good, sympathetically restored condition and retaining a good color throughout.
